Description

This acquisition is being authorized under PR: 0063582881 for 111 EA of NSN:1440-00-966-4581 (Valve Assembly, Control). This item is AMC/AMSC coded as 1/C with one approved source listed as Eaton Aerospace (CAGE: 16780). This is a source controlled drawing. This NSN is manufactured in accordance with Export Control and is a critical application item. There is a GOV'T FAT and GOV'T PLT requirement on this NSN. The acquisition will be solicited as Unrestricted using the procedures of Other Than Full and Open Competition in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Inspection/Acceptance is at Origin, FOB is at Origin. Ship to stock location is New Cumberland, PA. Standard military packing and marking are required. Delivery is requested as 236 Days ARO. The estimated solicitation open date is 9/21/16, with tentative closing date of 10/21/16. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
