Description

Sole Source Notice of Intent Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2 of the Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source contract to Omnicell, Inc, 1201 Charleston Rd, Mountain View CA 94043. This is under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253 (c) (1) - FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The proposed procurement is to provide services for Medication Cabinet Maintenance and Repair for VA New Jersey Healthcare System, 385 Tremont Avenue, East Orange, NJ 07018 and 151 Knollcroft Rd, Lyons, NJ 07939. This agreement will be a firm fixed price contract. The North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 813910 and the size standard is $20.5 Million. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive quotes. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Phone calls will not be accepted. Lyons units serial numbers: 89909, 89979, 89910, 89990, 89950, 89951, 89911, 89953, 91649, 89991, 90643, 89949, 89897, 90010, 89896 and 94397.
