- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Virginia City: Midlothian Delineated Area: North: Midlothian Turnpike at Charter Colony Parkway, east to Huguenot Road (Courthouse Road changes to Huguenot Road at Midlothian Turnpike), North to Robious Road. East: Southeast on Robious Road to 76 West, West on 76 to Courthouse Road, South on Courthouse to Hull Street Road. South: West on Hull Street Road to Old Hundred Road. West: North on Old Hundred Road, where it changes to Charter Colony at Genito Road, continue north on Charter Colony Parkway to Midlothian Turnpike. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,740 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,127 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): Access per local code Full Term: Fifteen (15) years Firm Term: Ten (10) years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: • Offered space should be no more than twice as long as it is wide. • Offered space must be contiguous on a single level. • Offered space must have a minimum of 20' for column spacing and cannot be more than 2' square. • Offered space above the ground level must have at least 2 passenger accessible elevators. • Must have access to public transportation within 2 walkable blocks. • Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, and contact information of authorized representative. • All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s).
