- IFB Statement of Work Summary of Work The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Transfer Center, Oklahoma City, OK intends to issue a solicitation IFBP05131600004, for the acquisition of Repair of Jet Bridge at the Federal Transfer Center located at7410 S. MacArthur Blvd. Oklahoma City, OK. The Federal Transfer Center is soliciting a contract to perform repairs to one (1) Sterns Passenger Boarding Bridge. Repairs to the Passenger Boarding Bridge shall include, but not limited to the replacement of parts that are either damaged or worn beyond manufacturer recommendations. All components of the PBB shall be evaluated for repair of replacement including the following items: (a) Canopy (b) All SO cord that has cracked due to weather and age. (c) Replace existing tires with solid tires. (d) Replace cab bumper. (e) Replace all seal tight that is cracked or shows damage. (f) Replace inoperable limit switches. (g) Replace auto level bulb. (h) Insure all fluids are at the manufacturer approved levels. This solicitation is unrestricted, and FOB Destination. The Government will award to a responsible quoter, whose offer conforming to the solicitation requirements, that considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Any changes made to the line item descriptions may cause the quote to be disqualified. Sealed offers are due by September 13, 2016 2:00pm C.S.T. The solicitation will be available on and will be solely through the Government Point of Entry which is www.fedbizzopps.gov. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments will be distributed through this website. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation.
