Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All items below are brand name or equal. If quoting "or equal" items, please include all physical, functional and performance capabilities. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside, NAICS 339920. Please provide a reasonable delivery date, cage code, and tax identification number with your quote. ***IMPORTANT NOTE: An "Or Equal" eccentric resistance system must meet or exceed the kBox's capabilities, be easily transportable and occupy a minimal amount of space. The kBox's ability to utilize several flywheels allows for various levels of resistance. This type of eccentric resistance differs in that it is not dependent on gravity (such as typical weight systems) and provides a greater than or equal level of resistance throughout a movement (unlike resistance bands). The kBar, kGrips and Harness allow for multiple resistance training workouts/methods, all on a confined Foot Support area, which utilizes a minimal amount of space. If a vendor believes that they can provide an "Or Equal" substitute, they must provide supporting documentation to the Contracting Officer who will make the final determination on acceptability.*** 0001 - (1) EA- MFR: Exxentric; kBox 3 Flywheel Training Device or equal 0002 - (2) EA- MFR: Exxentric; Size: Short; Foot Supports or equal 0003 - (1) EA- MFR: Exxentric; kBar or equal 0004 - (2) EA- MFR: Exxentric; kGrips or equal 0005 - (1) EA- MFR: Exxentric; Size: Medium; Harness or equal 0006 - (1) EA- MFR: Exxentric; Size: Large; Harness or equal 0007 - (1) EA- MFR: Exxentric; kMeter Wireless Feedback System or equal 0008 - (1) EA- MFR: Exxentric; Size: 0.025 kgm2; Inertial Flywheels or equal 0009 - (4) EA- MFR: Exxentric; Size: 0.05 kgm2; Inertial Flywheels or equal 0010 - (1) EA: Shipping to JBER, AK 99506 Please include shipping directly to Anchorage AK 99506.
