Description

REPLACE OVERHEAD DOORS AT BUILDING #14, CRATER LAKE NATIONAL PARK, KLAMATH COUNTY, OREGON This Amendment 0002 provides the following answers to questions received to date: QUESTION: The SOW asks for full view windows on 2 sections of each door, our company cannot do full view on the large doors due to breakage. We can do 24"x 8" windows. Will this be acceptable? ANSWER: 8"x16" windows (lights) are acceptable but they need to be placed similarly as shown on the representative door picture provided as Attachment #06; however we would require two panels of lights (eight windows, four in two layers), and they need to be similar R-values as the panels. QUESTION: The basic colors are white and dark brown. The tan and red can be done but Wayne Dalton has advised the cost of the doors will be 2x as much. Do u you want white/dark brown, or do you want incur the cost of the special colors? ANSWER: The tan and red colors are required as specified in the solicitation package. QUESTION: Is there any way possible to extend the due date for a week so we have time to get the correct quote on the window sizing? ANSWER: In light of the change in information the due date for quotations has been extended through Tuesday, September 13, 2016 by 5:00pm.
