- Description of Services: PRESOLICITATION SYNOPSIS - Medical Courier Services. The VHA NCO 09 - Murfreesboro, TN has a requirement for the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center, the surrounding Community Outpatient Clinics and the Rural Outreach Clinics, located in Northeast TN and Southwest VA. This procurement will be a SDVOSB set-aside. The NAICS code is 492110 'Couriers and Express Delivery Services'. The size standard is 1,500 employees. The anticipated contract type will be a firm fixed-price contract. The solicitation is anticipated to be posted on FedBizOpp website on or about September 7, 2016. These dates are subject to change.
