- Solicitation SEE ATTACHED SOLICITATION PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE: Solicitation No. R16PS01512: Elephant Butte Dam Site Roof Coating The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Elephant Butte Field Division, has a need to procure roof coating in a sufficient amount to cover 61,000 square feet, to help ensure the longevity of the historical structures at the Dam Site recreation area. Brand name or equal to SureCoat water-based single-component, elastomeric roof coating. Delivery to Elephant Butte Dam, Elephant Butte, NM, with an anticipated required delivery date of 30 days after award. COMPETITION: Solicitation R16PS01512 is anticipated to result in a firm-fixed-price purchase order. The requirement shall be procured in accordance with Parts 12 and 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quote. The Government reserves the right to award with or without discussions. The complete specifications will be defined in the solicitation documents. NAICS AND SIZE STANDARD: The NAICS code for this procurement is 325510 with a small business size standard of 1,000. SOLICITATION RELEASE DATE: The anticipated release date for Solicitation No. R16PS01512 is September 7, 2016. The anticipated Quote due date is September 9, 2016 at 1700 hours local time (MDT). The solicitation documents for this procurement will be accessible from the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website, www.fbo.gov and FedConnect, www.fedconnect.net. It is, and will continue to be, all potential offeror's responsibility to monitor the FBO and FedConnect websites for any amendments, updates, responses to questions and answers, etc. as the Government will not be providing any other methods of information dissemination.
