- Section L Attachments Section J Attachments Section M Section L Request for Proposal The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) releases the Final Request for Proposal (RFP), solicitation number HQ0147-16-R-0002, for the "Predictive Engineering" requirement under the Technical, Engineering, Advisory, and Management Support (TEAMS) acquisitions. This procurement is set aside for a small business concern. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541712 (Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences; except Biotechnology); Small Business Size Standard is 1250 employees. It is anticipated that award will result in a single cost plus fixed fee (CPFF) contract for a base period of two years and three, one-year option periods. Award will be made based on Best Value to the Government. All responsible small business offerors may submit an offer. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Offerors may obtain information on registration in the SAM at https://www.sam.gov. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation may be accessed electronically only via the FedBizOpps website. Offerors are responsible for routinely checking the FedBizOpps website for any possible solicitation amendments that may be issued. Approved for Public Release (September 07, 2016) Questions and/or comments are due to MDA no later than 1700 Central Time on September 15, 2016 and may be submitted to TEAMS_PredEng@mda.mil, subject line "TEAMS Predictive Engineering RFP" on the attached comments matrix.
