- IFB - Solid Waste Management The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Belvoir intends to issue a solicitation to award a single, firm fixed price service contract. Fort Belvoir has a requirement for the management of solid waste, food waste composting and office recycling aboard post. The contractor will furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services and materials IAW attached PWS. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business through an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The resultant contract will be firm fixed price to include a base and four (4) option years. The NAICS code for this requirement is 562111 with a size standard of $38.5 million with a Federal Supply Code of S205. This solicitation will be issued and awarded in accordance with Federal Acquition Regulation Part 14 Sealed Bidding, Federal Acquisition Regulation and Part 9 Contractor Qualifications. The IFB will only be available by downloading from the Federal Business Opportunites website ( www.fedbizzopps.gov ). All Bidders must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) http://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer. Faxed offers and amendments will not be accepted.
