- The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency is conducting market research to find Licensed Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Firms for the Chicago, Illinois area who are capable of providing tenant representation and office leasing advisory services. It is required that the firm has a principal office located in Chicago and services the Downtown and surrounding suburban markets. Additionally, it is mandatory for the primary contact to be fully versed in federal government leasing and have negotiated a federal government lease for space exceeding 10,000 square feet using the required GSA forms and complying with appropriate procurement regulations. If companies are interested, please submit a statement of your capability to provide these services. In addition, list the business size of the company and any Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) associations. The capability statement is limited to three pages. The results of this sources sought notice will be used in helping determine an acquisition strategy. Please submit to Karen A.
