- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY!! NAICS 511210, PSC: 7030, Size Standard: $38.5M This is 100% set-aside for small business. This is a sources sought only for the capability to provide a Human Capital Management strategy that effectively spans across all phases of the Battlefield Airman (BA) Training Group (TG) enterprise, from Scout-Recruit-Develop to AFSC awarding courses. The program needs to have effective data collection for BA Operator assessment and development metrics that facilitates Human Capital enhancement, focused feedback, and provides leadership with quantifiable data for informed decision-making on student sustainability, trainability, and developmental approaches. This program involves software and the special expertise of consultants. All companies must have a consultation component and demonstrated the capacity to meet the entire enterprise level BA TG requirement. Need need to demonstrate how the small business has effectively delivered on prior contracts with other DoD programs, such as Marine Special Operations Command, Naval Special Warfare, Army Special Forces, and the US Border Patrol training programs. Need to demonstrate the ability to meet the requirement of cradle-to-grave coverage of BA Operator assessment and development, pre-accession to AFSC award. Interoperability and continuity of data across the training enterprise will be imperative. Need to demonstrate the expertise required for application of the Human Capital Management strategy in the high-impact and dynamic environment of military special operations training. Also, must be able to provide the BRAND NAME GIDEON software.
