- Marine Corps Base Quantico is seeking Automobile Window Tinting Services. We are seeking a vendor that would be available to provide service two days a week at our Auto Skill Center. The Auto Skill Center will provide a 10'x20' auto bay in which to conduct business. The will be a percentage based concessionaire contract.
