- N61331-16-CH-0003 Sources Sought Annoucement The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, on behalf of The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Program Manager, and Expeditionary Missions (SEA06EXM/PMS 408) is in the process of locating capable businesses that are interested in providing ballistic inserts that meet the specifications listed below. This is a request for information (RFI) and not a formal solicitation. Any formal solicitation will be announced separately at a later time. Information provided to the Government as a result of this posting is strictly voluntary and at no cost to the Government. The Government will not provide any compensation for any information provided as a result of this announcement. Contact with Government personnel, other than the Points of Contact (POC) listed in the attachment, by potential offerors or their employees regarding this requirement is strictly prohibited.
