Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Pen-Link, Ltd. located at 5944 VanDervoort Drive, Lincoln, NE 68516 for the acquisition for Global Site Licenses to Pen-Link Software. Pen-Link, Ltd. is the only vendor who can provide such licenses. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c) the justification is attached with this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 541990. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. Closing date for submitting a capability statement is September 8th, 2016, at 5:00pm Eastern Time. All submissions should be submitted electronically to frank.c.giguere@usdoj.gov.
