- Limited Source Justification The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Equinix, IBX located at 21721 Filigree Court, Ashburn, VA, for the acquisition for Private Cage for direct access to Microsoft Azure for Government and Amazon AWS GovCloud. Equinix, IBX is the only vendor who can provide such services. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c) the justification is attached with this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 541519. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. Closing date for submitting a capability statement is September 13th, 2016, at 3:00pm Eastern Time. All submissions should be submitted electronically to frank.c.giguere@usdoj.gov.
