- Synopsis - M67001-17-Q-0003 The II MEF, G-6 Office, Camp Lejeune, NC has a requirement for a Brand Name Polycom RMX 2000 Extended warranty for equipment currently in possession. The requirement is for 1 base year and 2 option years. The Government will solicit (M67001-17-Q-0003) and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR Part 13, Commercial Items. The Government intends to award to the quoter who represents the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) to the government. Award will be issued on a firm-fixed purchase order on an all or none basis. The request is is for brand name equipment. This requirement is 100% Small Business set aside, the associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 811213, Software Publishers; business size standard is $11.0 million. The RFQ documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89, effective 15 August 2016 and DFARS Publication Notice (DPN) 20160811, effective 11 August 2016. The solicitation will be available for download via the electronic data interchange at FedBizOpps, www.fedbizopps.gov, on or about 8 September 2016. It is the responsibility of the quoter to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the government must be registered in the System For Award Management (SAM) database, http://www.sam.gov/ and agree to implement the Department of Defense web-based software application Wide Area Workflow Receipt and Acceptance (WAWF-RA) at https://wawf.eb.mil/. All responsible small businesses may submit an offer, which will be considered.
