- The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound intends to solicit for a single award, firm fixed-price service type contract for one year service subscription of Motorola radios Comprehensive Repair Service Advantage (RSA) maintenance and repair service in support of the U.S Naval Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific (SWFPAC). The period of performance is one year upon award with two one-year option periods. This requirement is intended to be negotiated on a sole source basis with Motorola Solutions, or a Motorola authorized/certified Department of Defense technical service provider per FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This requirement will be solicited on a sole source basis as a commercial service in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5 utilizing Low Price Technically Acceptable evaluation factors. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: https://www.neco.navy.mil. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 8 September 2016 with a closing date of on or before 12 September 2016. A complete statement of work will be included in the solicitation. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring this site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. Prospective offerors should register themselves on the NECO website. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or FAXed. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by FLCPS. Offerors must also be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to participate in this procurement at https://www.sam.gov.
