We are seeking information for market research purposes only. The Government will not pay for any information solicited. The VHA Network Contracting Office 6 (NCO 6) is conducting a market survey to find qualified vendors who can provide the following service(s) according to the statement of work below for the Salisbury Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), 1601 Brenner Avenue, Salisbury, NC 28144: PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: FY17 - 10/01/2016-9/30/2017 PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE ONLY, 2 PM's annually for Philips Brightview 2 PM's annually for Philips Forte. 2 PMs annually for Mediso CardioDesk TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: VENDORS ARE FACTORY TRAINED PERSONEL VENDOR WILL SUPPLY LABOR, TRAVEL, EXPENSES, PARTS, AND TOOLS TO DO THE REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE INSPECTIONS TO BE CONDUCTED JANUARY 2017 AND JULY 2017 EQUIPMENT LIST: "PHILIPS BRIGHTVIEW: S/N 4000334 LOCATION: 2107-2 "ADAC/PHILIPS FORTE JETSTREAM AZ S/N FA06030242 LOCATION: 2108-2 "MEDISO CARDIODESK: EE#61031 LOCATION: 2161-2 All interested parties should respond, in writing via email to melisha.evans@va.gov.
