- This amendment serves to remove the DoD Portfolio Management Subject Matter Expert as reflected in the PWS paragraph 2.5 and Section H.1 Key Personnel. This key personnel position was not identified in the Pricing Template. Therefore, this amendment is purely administrative in nature as it removes the DoD Portfolio Management Subject Matter Expert from the solicitation in its entirety.
