- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE General Information: Document Type: Special Notice Solicitation Number: RCS-H-2016-00140 Posted Date: September 07, 2016 Original Response Date: September 14, 2016 Award Amount: $3 Million NAICS Code: 541219 - Other Accounting Services Contracting Address: U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development Agency (HUD), Office of the Chief Procurement Officer, (OCPO) Office of 451 7th Street, SW, Washington, DC 20410 Description: Notice of intent to award a sole-source follow-on contract to Williams, Adley-DC, LLP for the above referenced amount to provide HUD's Office of Finance and Budget with critical accounting and financial operation services to assist FHA to meet its financial management objectives relating to the general ledger, financial analysis, FHA Subsidiary Ledger Support, and economic modeling. This proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Therefore, any information received will be NOT be considered for this procurement. However, this requirement will be competed at a future date.
