- The Government intends to award a sole-source contract to Green Hills Software. The Green Hill Software will be utilized for the development software in order to replicate and create operational software executed within the vendor provided hardware. The required subscription is only available through Green Hills Software, the provider. Green Hills Software is uniquely qualified to provide that support because they are the sole manufacturer of this required software. FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
