- YHONA POINT OF SALE SYSTEM This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office has issued a Request For Quotation for a firm fixed price commercial items services contract for a Point of Sale System located at the Yaquina Head Outstanding Natural Area within the vicinity of Salem district area of responsibility. The performance period includes a one-year Base and 4 one-year options. The NAICS code is 532420 and the small business size standard is $32.5M. The basis of award is the best value determined fair and reasonable. Award will be made to the responsible respondent pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1 Options will be evaluated in accordance with provision 52.212-2.
