- Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition The General Services Administration (GSA}, Public Building Services (PBS}, Acquisition Services Division (PGQC}, Washington, DC 20405 intends to issue a sole source award to The Corporate Executive Board Inc. 1919 North Lynn Street Arlington, VA 22209-1705, for the Office of Real Property Asset Management under the authority of FAR 6.302.1(a}(2}, when the supplies or services required by the Agency are available from only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy Agency requirement. The NAICS code 813920, Professional Organizations. This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotations or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. Interested persons may identity their interest and capability by responding in writing with clear and convincing evidence to support their ability to provide services. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed award is based upon the justification for a logical follow-on. Responses to this notice are solely within the discretion of the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by the above "Response Date" then a sole source award will be issued to CEB Inc. The anticipated award date is September 21, 2016.
