Description

Commercial Clauses & Ombudsman The United States Coast Guard, Base Cape Cod - Procurement & Contracting Department, Buzzards Bay, MA anticipates awarding SOLE SOURCE procurement to RAYTHEON COMPANY, DBA RAYTHEON for the procurement of 01- 4087561-0502 Mode 5 ADS-B Digital Control Panel 01- 4088953-0501 Personality Module for Digital Control Panel 01- 4038850-0501 MT-4811 Standard IFF Mount (RAYTHEON COMPANY, DBA RAYTHEON is the exclusive distributor for the APX-119, IFF Transponder equipment in support of the C-37 and the OEM for the parts above.) Vendor will provide all equipment, parts, and materials listed in the Schedule. NAICS Code # 334220 applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No solicitation will be issued, however all responses received on/before 0300PM EST September 09, 2016 will be reviewed by the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
