- DVR Locations - Dorm Surveillance Dormitory Floor Plans Questions and Answers - Dorm Surveillance Attachment 1 - Statement of Work (SOW) 7SEP16 Amendment 2 - FA4801-16-T-1035-0002 Dorm Surveillance This Solicitation notice is the announcement of 9 Stand-alone Dorm Surveillance Systems (one for each dormitory) for Holloman AFB, New Mexico. This acquisition will be firm fixed price. This acquisition is subject to the availability of funds. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, parts and labor necessary to Install a dorm campus surveillance system capable monitoring all three floor's corridors, common areas, entrances to common areas and roof top surveillance of parking areas in nine (9) Dormitory Buildings at Holloman Air Force Base. The contractor will also provide training on the use of the surveillance system for the customer. The camera system will assist 49th WG authorities identify safety and security conditions in the dorm complex, deter vandalism, theft, unauthorized activity, and prosecute unlawful offenses. IMPORTANT NOTICES: This acquisition will be for full and open competition. A SB will be considered small under North American Classification System (NAICS) code 334310 with a size standard of 750 Employees. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM)https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. which is a Government owned and operated free web site that consolidates contractor's capabilities. There is NO fee to register at this site. Entities may register at no cost using the above link. You are required to create a user account to register and/or update your entity records (i.e., Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code, DUNs number, etc.) in SAM. This information is necessary in order to receive award consideration. OTHER DETAILS: Holloman AFB is located approximately 9 miles west of Alamogordo, New Mexico on Highway 70/82; 90 miles north of El Paso, Texas, and 60 miles east of Las Cruces, New Mexico.
