Description

Limited Source Justification The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to issue a single, firm fixed price purchase order in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. This is anticipated to be a sole source award to Cellebrite, Inc, the manufacturer of the UFED Premium Unlock Subscription Program for Self-Operated Advanced Solutions. The award will be for Cellebrite UFED Premium Unlock Subscription. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334290, Other Communications Equipment Manufacturing.The proposed award is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Cellebrite, Inc. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quoation (RFQ) is not available. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, other than full and open competition is authorized when there is only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. A Limited Sources Documentation is approved and on file. All responses to this notice shall be submitted electronically to tara.laumand@usdoj.gov no later than September 14, 2016 at 11:00am Eastern Time. Late submissions will not be
