- This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE for the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS).The agency has a requirement for a USED High Boy Sprayer, USDA, ARS, Coastal Plains Soil, Water & Plant Research Center, 2611 West Lucas St, Florence, SC 29501, and PENDING AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS. This procurement is set aside for a small business concern. The NAICS code for this procurement is 333111; Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. It is anticipated that award will result in a single award firm-fixed price contract. Award will be made based on Best Value to the Government. All responsible offerors may submit an offer. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Offerors may obtain information on registration in the SAM at https://www.sam.gov. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available at Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) at www.fbo.gov by September 16, 2016. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation may be accessed electronically only via the FedBizOpps website.
