- Performance Work Statement (Spanish) Performance Work Statement (English) Combine Synopsis and Solicitation Summary: This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. Evaluation will be based on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA), which will be determined to represent the Best Value to the Government. In order to be considered for award, vendor must adhere to all quotation requirements detailed herein. Submit written quotes in reference to all required items contained in this Request for Quote (RFQ). Description of Requirement: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor needed to repair the existing exhaust system of vehicles manufactured by Nederman at Fire Department, building 1427. Important Dates: Site Visit: A site visit will be held 12 September 2016 at 11:00 a.m. Questions Due: All questions regarding this requirement should be submitted no later than 15 September 2016 at 1:00 p.m. Responses Due: Quotes are due no later than 20 September 2016 @ 1000 Local (Spanish) Time.
