Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs has a requirement for cleaning a sludge holding tank of sludge, grit and other materials at the water treatment plant of the VA New Jersey Healthcare System, Lyons campus, to be completed within 30 days from award date, which is anticipated to occur in September 2016. This notice seeks sources capable of providing this service. In responding to this notice, Contractors are requested to answer the following capability questions: 1) Are you a certified Cleaver Brooks Contractor or familiar with Cleaver Brooks procedures? 2) Do you practice OSHA lock-out tag-out procedures? 3) Do you have a capability statement that you can provide? Please do not submit a quote at this time. All responses are to be emailed to the Point of Contact listed on this Sources Sought Notice.
