- Contract Clauses/Provisions This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-16-Q-U025 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89, Department of Defence Procurement Number 20160830, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2016-0603. This procurement is being issued for full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 423830. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. The contractor shall provide the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): CLIN 0001 - Install a new PTZ mast camera with the following specifications. Dual HP pan tilt, BigFoot, 36X Color Camera and 640x480 - 17 micron thermal camera with 50mm f 1.2 lens, image stabilization. Specify color, protocol, frame rate (7.5Hz non-ITAR or 30Hz), and video type (NTSC or PAL) at time of order. LOOK 6.5 Joystick Controller with Sunlight Readable Display (RS232 or RS422 protocol). Flexible mount for the LOOK controller. Power Supply, 120VAC input, 24VDC, 4A output. (DHP-641a-50MM-1K-BF or equal) CLIN 0002 - Replace existing video multiplexer with a new Speco 4 channel video multiplexer switch. Includes all necessary wiring. Approximate size- 2.0"x17.0"x9.0" (RMX 4CD or equal) CLIN 0003 - Replace existing DVD/VCR recorder with new Speco 4 channel HD recorder. Includes all necessary wiring. Approximate size- 2.0"x10.0"x7.0" (D4VT3TB or equal) CLIN 0004 - Install a new 32" flat screen monitor attached with a new monitor wall mount. Includes all necessary wiring. (Vizio or equal) CLIN 0005 - Evaluate charger/transfer switch issue. Does not include repairs. THIS IS FOR BRAND NAME OR EQUAL It is the responsibility of the offeror to view the website for any changes or amendments to this RFQ. Quotes will be due to the 355th Contracting Squadron, 3180 S. Craycroft Rd. Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707, via email Friday, 16 September 2016 by 4:00 PM Arizona Local Time. Quotes shall be sent to SSgt Ryan Keller, 520-228-5461 ryan.keller.2@us.af.mil It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure the quote was received by 355 CONS on time.
