- The U.S. Geological Survey, California Water Science Center, located in Sacramento, CA has a requirement for one CHN Analyzer Instrument to analyze sediment for carbon content. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number G16PS00847, will be made available through the Government-wide Point of Entry (GPE), in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 5.102(a)(1), on or about September 7, 2016.
