- Business Management Questionnaire Credentials of Religious Services Contractor Solicitation Cover Letter The Federal Bureau of Prisons - Federal Detention Center Houston, Texas, intends to make a single award to a responsible Quoter for the provision of a Jewish Rabbi to carry out Jewish Worship Services for the inmate population at the FDC Houston. It is estimated the base year will include a total of 12 sessions. A session is defined as on one (1) hour period. The contract type is indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The contract period shall consist of one (1) twelve month base year and four (4) one year option periods for renewal at the discretion of the Government. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 813110. Each Quoter is required to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM); information can be obtained at www.sam.gov. FDC Houston will award to the responsible Quoter whose offer is the most advantageous to the Government. The solicitation will be posted to the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website, http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. This site provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through the referenced website. The estimated date for receipt of offers is September 21, 2016. The solicitation is unrestricted. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered for award.
