THIS AMENDMENT IS ISSUED TO ADD MEDICAL-USE COMPUTERS TO THE CARTS AND TO CLARIFY REQUIREMENTS. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the medical nurse station carts **BRAND NAME OR EQUAL** to Howard Medical Brand, Howard HI-Care E Base Cart with medical-use computers BRAND NAME OR EQUAL to Tangent Brand Rugged Mini I computers, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. (ii) The solicitation number is VA247-16-Q-1143 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89 (iv) This solicitation is set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and the associated NAICS code 446199 has a small business size standard of $7.5M.
