- Description
- NSN: 1660-01-492-5521, Solicitation SPE4A7-16-Q-1593, PR 0065079087. This proposed Definite Quantity Contract is for the Regulator, Oxygen, Demand. Requested quantity is 1,118 EA. The procurement item description cites IAW MIL-PRF-7605G, REGULATOR, OXYGEN DEMAND (TYPE A-21). This is a QPL-7605 item. This procurement is Unrestricted, Other than Full and Open Competition. This procurement is FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The required total delivery is 200 days ARO. Phased delivery is not requested but acceptable. Higher level quality is required. This is a Life Support Item therefore no surplus material will be accepted. 100% quantity option is included. This solicitation incorporates this NSN as a commercial of a type item in accordance with FAR Part 12 per 52.212-4 and FAR 2.101(1). A commercial solicitation and clauses will be incorporated into a commercial item purchase order using SF1449. Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) applies.
