Description

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a sole source award to General Motors Investment Management Corporation (GMIMCo) for administrative services for private markets assets of the former Delphi Hourly and former Delphi Salaried pension plans. As the firm that developed and implemented the investment structure for the Assets, GMIMCo is intimately familiar with all aspects of the Assets. This contract action is being sought under FAR Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii) - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The anticipated Period of Performance is a twelve (12) month Base Period and two (2) one-year Option periods. This is not a request for proposals, but a Notice of Intent. No solicitation will be issued. Interested parties may request further information (no later than 9:00 A.M.
