- This solicitation will be advertised at a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 236220 (Small Business Size Standard of $36.5 Million). This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract which consists of construction services to build a demising wall for the Office of Security and Integrity (OSI) located on the 3 rd Floor of the Judiciary Square Building, Department of Homeland (DHS) Building in Washington, DC. The Magnitude of Construction is between $35,000 to $100,000. This will be a firm fixed price contract. All work will be performed in accordance with GSA authorized and approved standards. This solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) utilizing FAR 13 and 15. Proposals will be evaluated utilizing the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method. This solicitation will be issued via Internet on the Federal Business Opportunities website, www.fbo.gov on September 02, 2016. It is each offeror's responsibility to download the solicitation from the internet website. No paper copies will be provided. Notification of amendments shall be made via the Internet as well. It is therefore the contractor's responsibility to check the website daily for any posted changes to this solicitation. Contractors may view and/or download this solicitation and all amendments from the Internet after solicitation issuance at the following Internet address: https://www.fbo.gov and search for Solicitation Number GS-11-P-16-YT-C-7089 Drawings, specifications, and other pertinent documents will be available during the scheduled site visit. To obtain a copy of the drawings, each prospective Offeror will need to send a completed Document Security Form (included as an attachment to this Solicitation Notice) and a valid copy of the firm's business license to the Contract Specialist, Ramona Criddell, office telephone #: 202-256-4680. These documents must be emailed to: ramona.criddell@gsa.gov. Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM), in order to receive a Government contract award.
