- SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE DLA Troop Support Pacific Reference Number DLATSP-16-SS-0010 CLASS VIII; MEDICAL DROP SHIPMENTS OF REAGENTS & CONSUMABLES MANUFACTURED FOR BECKMAN COULTER ANALYZER EQUIPMENT AT UNITED STATES NAVAL HOSPITAL, CAMP FOSTER OKINAWA, JAPAN DLA Troop Support Pacific Location: Okinawa, Japan The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Pacific is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to identify local sources capable and interested in fulfilling a requirement for the procurement and delivery of CLASS VIII, Medical supplies, materials and equipment items in support of United States Naval Hospital (USNH), located in Okinawa, Japan. The Contractor shall provide drop shipments of Reagent supplies. The applicable North American Industry Classification System ( NAICS) code is 325412; Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing. This United States (U.S.) industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in manufacturing in-vivo diagnostic substances and pharmaceutical preparations (except biological) intended for internal and external consumption in dose forms, such as ampoules, tablets, capsules, vials, ointments, powders, solutions, and suspensions. DLA Troop Support Pacific contemplates an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. All interested sources who consider themselves qualified and capable in providing the medical supplies described within this Notice are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice via email to Ayako.Nakagawa.jpn@DLA.mil and Khristina.Matthews-Sandoval@DLA.mil. Responses shall be received no later than 1:00 p.m. Japan Standard Time (JST) on Wednesday, September 14, 2016. All responses submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice shall include the following: 1) Legal and Registered Name of Company; 2) Legal and Registered Company Address; 3) Company's Duns and Bradstreet Number (DUNS) Number (used when registering in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database; 4) Company's National Commercial and Government Entity (NCAGE) Code Number; 5) Point of Contact, to include telephone number and email address; and 6) Brief Capabilities Statement of Company (Statements should describe recent and relative past performance to the NAICS code identified within this notice).
