- Performance Work Statement This procurement is for design, production and installation of canopies/shade structures in accordance with FAR Subpart 13, the request for quotation (RFQ) and the Production Work Statement (PWS). Supplier quotations will be provided in two separate documents submitted via www.fbo.gov. Quotation documents must be compatible with Microsoft Word or Excel or viewable in Adobe Acrobat. Documents must not exceed 5 megabytes in total file size. The two parts, as separate documents, are: 1) Business Quotation a) Unit Price (inclusive of delivery and all other fees and charges) and b) Delivery schedule (days after award), plus 2) Technical Quotation a) A statement of work and applicable drawings the supplier will use to complete the purchase order. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. Offers from other than small business will not be accepted. The basis of award will be best value where price, past performance and quality of the technical quotation are considered. Past performance and quality of the technical quotation combined, are more important than price.
