Description

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contract Office (NCO) 18 has a services requirement for Readjustment Counseling Services in support of the Prescott Vet Center. The Contractor shall provide services on a referral basis locally in Flagstaff, AZ. Readjustment Counseling Services shall be directed at social, psychological, or behavioral difficulties explicitly related to the post-war readjustment of referred veterans to civilian life. Modalities of readjustment counseling include individual, group and family counseling; all of which must have as their central purpose the post-war readjustment of war zone veterans. This service does not include general mental health services, but only provides readjustment counseling for psychosocial difficulties related to post-war readjustment from military duty. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 621112 with a small business size standard of $11M. This solicitation will be posted as a Small Business Set Aside. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract. The contractor shall perform in accordance with the Statement of Work that will be included in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Only one award will be issued for this solicitation. Solicitation Package VA258-16-Q-0746 shall be posted on Fedbizopps on or about September 9, 2016. No solicitation packages will be mailed. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above. All offerors who provide goods or services to the United States Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov and complete Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA).
