- When submitting a proposal, please ensure that you include all components of the technical and business proposals. It is critical that your company is registered in SAM (https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM/#1) before submitting a proposal and that you submit a Business Declaration Form contained in Section K. The purpose of this Request for Offers is to seek competent and qualified contractors to perform all work for sealing leaking windows and replacing failed caulking in accordance with all contract clauses, wage rates, specifications and drawings. Competition Limited Small Business Concerns The NAICS Code for this project is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. Site Visit: The site visit is OPTIONAL, however the FAA encourages offerors to inspect the sites where the work will be performed. There will be a coordinated site visit Thursday, September 14, 2016, 10 AM. Provide site visit attendee information to Blake Hoffer at Blake.Hoffer@faa.gov or by phone (425) 227-2850 as soon as possible, no later than September 12, 2016, by close of business, in order for him to be able to most easily coordinate the visit. Please provide company name, point of contact name, and point of contact business phone number. Questions regarding the project are due by Close of Business, September 14, 2016. Please submit questions to Joanna.Grant@faa.gov on or before September 14, 2016. Submission of Offer: PROPOSALS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 4:00PM ON September 16, 2016.
