Description

SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS ONLY The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (hubzone, 8(a), small, small disadvantage, service disabled veteran owned small business, Veteran Owned Small Business or large business) relative to NAICS 811219 - Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this sources sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published on FBO and/or eBuy. Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses to the solicitation announcement. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: This Source Sought notice is to seek potential Contractor(s) to provide the following service: Quarterly scheduled preventive maintenance inspections (PMI) and intervening service calls for four (4) Custom Ultrasonics endoscope processors and one (1) neutralization cart. PMI will take place at VA San Diego Medical Center, 3350 Lo Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92161. PMI shall be scheduled quarterly and on-site service calls shall have a response time of not more than two (2) business day. Hardware parts and filters shall be included in service agreement.
