- AMENDMENT TO SOL#M67399-16-T-0022 AMENDMENT TO SOL#M67399-16-T-0022 8 SEPTEMBER 2016 The purpose of this amendment is to change leasing and laudering quantities for PPC shirts and pants from 20,020 pcs to maxium allowable pcs per year 44,044pcs. SEE ITEM#'S 0001,0003,1001 and 1003. Also to add to 52.212-5 a compliance requirement clause 52.219-14(C)(1) Limitations on Subcontracting. By submission of an offer and execution of a contract, the Offeror/Contractor agrees that in performance of the contract in the case of a contract for services. (1) Services (except construction). This solicitation is being advertised for Small Business vendors only. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is M67399-16-T-0022. Applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code: 812332 size standard $7.5 MIL. This requirement is for an IDIQ contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) task orders contract with one option year. Selection will be based primarily on the lowest cost technically acceptable. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13.
