- This is an official pre-solicitation synopsis in accordance with FAR 5.201. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the government. This synopsis is prepared in accordance with guidance found in FAR 5.207, and is prepared for the purpose of notifying potential offerors of an upcoming solicitation for service or supplies. The solicitation for this requirement will be posted under the same reference number as stated above. The solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps on or about 27 September 2016. It is the contractor's responsibility to monitor FedBizOpps on a regular basis for the solicitation along with any amendments. It is the Government's intent to solicit as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. Hill AFB, UT anticipates one (1) Firm Fixed Price IDIQ contract award for procurement.
