- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. Please make sure the contractor Understands that included in this contract it is required that the vendor shall provide shipping and the offload of items from the delivery truck. Vendor shall provide all necessary equipment for offload and placement of items. Potential SD/VOSB's having the capabilities necessary to provide the above stated equipment are invited to respond to this Sources Sought Notice via e-mail to Craig Wagstaff at craig.wagstaff@va.gov no later than September 12, 2016. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: company name, address, and business size; point of contact name, phone number, and e-mail address; suggested equipment information including manufacturer, model and delivery schedule; whether system is presently offered on a current GSA Federal Supply Schedule contract. NAICS Code 337215 is applicable to determine business size standard. Any questions or concerns may also be directed to Craig Wagstaff via e-mail. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate.
