- * The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Missile and Space Intelligence Center (MSIC), Building 4545, Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5500 intends to enter into a contract with InterfaceFLOR for the purchase of specialized carpet tile to coordinate with the existing carpet within the buildings. Purchase of this equipment will ensure its compatibility with existing carpet. No RFQs or RFPs will be issued other than this notice. All offerors interested in submitting an offer must email their quotations to jeffrey.hart3@dodiis.mil NLT COB 13 September 2016 Central Standard Time. Only E-MAILED quotations will be accepted.
