The RFO contains complete details of how to participate in this solicitation. ORIGINAL POSTING 8/30/2016: The purpose of this web-posting is to give advance notice of a pending Request for Offers (RFO) for the subject project. This web-posting currently includes a tentative solicitation schedule and the project technical specification and drawings (see hyperlinks below). The FAA point-of-contact (POC) listed above will post additional information to this website within a few weeks, including a solicitation schedule of events and complete requirements for submitting an offer.
