- Amendment 0001: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation 'SB1341-16-RQ-0582_0001.pdf' The purpose of this amendment is to modify the following: Section 2: Required Specification (c)- Previously stated: "The rotational acceleration shall be controllable up to at least 3,000 deg/sec2 on the inner axis and 1,000 deg/sec2 on the outer axis. " Changed to: "The rotational acceleration shall be controllable up to at least 2,000 deg/sec2 on the inner axis and 50 deg/sec2 on the outer axis. " Delivery: Previously stated: "Delivery shall be completed within four (4) months from the date of an award" Changed to: "Delivery shall be completed within standard commercial delivery timeframes" In addition, the response deadline shall be extended to September 13th, 2016 3:00PM Eastern Time.
