- WEST ENTRANCE DEVELOPMENT This procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office has issued a Request For Quotation for a firm fixed price construction contract for Development of the West Entrance Day Use Area located at the North Bank Habitat Management Area within the vicinity of Roseburg district area of responsibility. The magnitude for this construction project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The performance period is from May 15, 2017 through July 14, 2017.
