- Solicitation Synopsis This Solicitation outlines an open market procurement action that will result in the award of a single, labor hour type contract Award for Investigative Support Services using the procedures set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Commercial Items. Contract will be for a period of 5 years total with one base year and four option periods. CONTRACTORS MUST BE REGISTERED AS ACTIVE (NOT EXPIRED) IN SAM.GOV BEFORE THE DEADLINE DATE TO SUBMIT A QUOTE. Contractors can submit their electronic copy of their www.sam.gov Certifications and Represenations with their quote. Only one (1) Quote is permissible from each Contractor. Multiple Quotes, per contractor, shall NOT be considered. Contractors MUST sign and date Page 1 of the SF 1449 and MUST provide pricing on a separate sheet for Investigative Services per year for a total of five years.
